Hi,
I’ve noticed that pPanel has been implemented for my personal website, while my Reseller Plan still operates with cPanel. I have a few questions regarding this:
Will cPanel continue to be available for Reseller Hosting customers, or will there be a transition to pPanel in the future?
Does pPanel come with an API for automation, or is it more manual in its operations? This is particularly important if we, as resellers, are transitioned to pPanel.
Will resellers be transitioned to the LiteSpeed infrastructure?
Will our clients receive the same benefits as direct Pofii clients, such as access to QUIC CDN and other features?

1. Transition to pPanel: Yes, we are in the process of transitioning our Reseller Hosting customers to pPanel. Resellers will be rolled out to pPanel over the next few weeks. However, if you prefer, you can choose to stay on cPanel. Do note, though, that by staying on cPanel, you might not benefit from the updates listed in our recent post.
2. API for Automation: We understand the importance of automation for our resellers. We’re currently developing a powerful API for pPanel, which will come with modules for the main billing platforms. This should make your operations smoother and more efficient.
3. LiteSpeed Infrastructure: Absolutely! Resellers will indeed be transitioned to the LiteSpeed infrastructure, ensuring top-notch performance for your clients.
4. Benefits for Reseller Clients: Your clients will enjoy the same high-quality features as direct Pofii clients. This includes access to QUIC CDN and other premium features.
Additionally, I’d like to mention that for our resellers, pPanel will be branded as “pPanel” and not “Pofii” due to our white labeling reseller policy. This ensures that you maintain a consistent brand identity for your clients.
Lastly, we’re committed to ensuring a seamless transition for our resellers. If you opt for pPanel over cPanel, we guarantee a migration process for your clients with zero downtime. Documentation on the new features and processes will be released shortly to assist you further.
We’ve always prided ourselves on speed, and even without these upgrades, we were among the fastest. Now, with these enhancements, we’re pushing the boundaries even further. 😊

Oh I have to learn pPanel now xD tbh I thought you are cutting costs by ditching cPanel, but pPanel have everything same. QUIC CDN seems to work perfect, no word, LiteSpeed speak on its own, LSCache perfect addition. Continue good job guys!
